Please Note: - %40 Deposits are required 2 weeks prior to the course / trip. Cancellations within 1 week of a course / trip will result in no refund of the deposit. Should Alpha Adventures & Education find a replacement the full value of the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 administration fee.

- Should a participant need to leave during a course- no refund will be issued. Rather, some form of course credit will be arranged.
