Parks
Roberts Creek Pier (Sunshine Coast Regional District)
This waterfront park has a large pier with natural driftwood bench
seats and driftwood
carvings. Enjoy the beautiful view of Georgia Strait. At low tide,
there is a sandy beach. There
are public toilets. Located halfway between Sechelt and Gibsons
in Roberts Creek. Turn off
Hwy 101 at the Roberts Creek Volunteer Fire Hall onto Roberts
Creek Road. Follow road down
to a 3 way stop. Turn right at the stop and follow down to the
waterfront.
Cliff Gilker Park (Sunshine Coast Regional District)
This woodland park features forest trails, unique wooden bridges
spanning foaming creeks
and a multitude of waterfalls. There is also a grass sports field
and a playground. The sports
field has lights for night time use. There are picnic sites and
washroom facilities. This park is
located on Hwy 101 right next to the Sunshine Coast Golf Club
in Roberts Creek. Cliff Gilker
